Closing Compass is designed to help you estimate home purchase and move-in costs without creating an account or sending your financial figures to us.

Information you enter

The purchase price, cash available, down payment, credits, closing costs, moving costs, repair allowance, and reserve target you enter are processed locally on your device. Closing Compass does not collect or store these figures on our servers.

Sharing your plan

When you choose to share a breakdown, Closing Compass creates a PDF on your device and opens the standard iOS share sheet. You decide which app or person receives it. The privacy practices of the service you select are governed by that service.

Accounts, advertising, and third parties

Closing Compass does not require an account. Its core features do not connect to banks or lenders, and the app does not include advertising networks or sell personal information.

Children's privacy

Closing Compass is a general financial planning utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, this policy will be updated and the effective date will be revised.
